"2006 Hyundai Santa Fe blue smoke out of it when cold starting it, mechanic says injector problems
There are a couple of things that could be wrong with your vehicle if it is blowing out blue smoke. One is that your injectors could be faulty, the other is valve stem oil seals which you could find out if it is the valve stem oil seals by seeing if your vehicle is using more oil than it usually does. If your vehicle is not using an abnormal amount of oil the next step would be to get your injectors tested which we could do for you.

"I have a HYUNDAI 2003 Santa Fe 2.0 CRDi 4x4, and have been told that the injector on Cylinder 1 in faulty, could you quote me the estimated parts and labour costs for replacing the injector, also your opening hours for your locations, many thanks in advance
The cost of removing your injector , repairing and re-fitting would be around £185.

"Nissan D22 year2000 old model.
Drive 3 or 4 miles then cuts out. Had tank off (clean).
New fuel line from filler neck strait to pump. Still no joy

"sprinter 311 cdi 53 plate struggling to start in the cold, plugs changed last winter it will bump start quickly in a short space if you stop the engine and start it within 1 minute it will start ok. If you try to start it after 2 minutes it takes ages to start on the key. If you leave it for about an hour it shall start by key reliaively easy, But if you try and start it about 5 hours later no chance on the key but it shall bump easy. please reply to ashwoodartisan@aol.com thanks Bryan...

Hello Bryan it sounds like your injectors on your Mercedes 311 cdi Sprinter are on the way out. I could test your injectors for you if you sent them into me to clarify this.
